Target Heart Rate
You can calculate your target heart rate for aerobic
exercise as a range between 70 and 85 percent of your
maxiumum heart rate. Maxium heart rate is generally
220- minus your age. Use the calculator below to calculate
your target heart rate for aerobic exercise.
* Target heart rate may vary if you are taking medications,
or if there are any cardiovascular conditions such as high
blood pressure or heart disesase.
