variables you enter below. Weight loss generally begins
quickly but progresses much more slowly as you reach your
target weight. Have patience and stay within your calorie
budget!*
* This calculation does NOT include calories burned during
added exercise during the day. This only includes the
calories you should eat to reach your desired weight while
doing the activities of daily living. We HIGHLY
recommend including daily aerobic exercise AND
strength-training exercises (at least 2 times per week) in any
weight loss program.
* Most people's muscularity is NORMAL. Enter LOW if you are
sedentary. Enter HIGH if you have been engaged in a long-term
body building program.
