Body Composition
Your body composition, that is, the percentage body fat is
more important than weight or body mass index as a health
measure. It's possible for someone to be in the "overweight"
category, but still be in excellent health if the weight that
they are carrying is mostly lean body mass (muscle and
organs) rather than FAT. It's really the body fat that we want
to get in the optimal range rather than body weight.
